UAE is role model for the region: Arab Youth Survey

They’re the top associations that young people in Arabia make with the UAE, according to a new report.
Over a third of respondents to the ASDA’A BCW Arab Youth Survey also named the Emirates as the place they would most like to live, as well the country they most want their own to be like.
Thirty-seven per cent chose the UAE as their nation’s top ally, whilst the US fell out of the top five for the first time, coming in at 11th, with Russia standing as the top non-Arab ally.
Meanwhile, technology is seen as the top industry of the future among potential young Arab entrepreneurs.
Almost 1-in-5 chose it as the sector they would most like to set up a business in, followed by retail and real estate.
