Thailand cave rescue to be made into Hollywood film
The dramatic rescue of 12 boys and their football coach from a flooded Thai cave will soon to be seen on the big screen, with plans for a Hollywood film springing into action.
Production house Pure Flix Entertainment announced it’s teaming up with Kaos Entertainment at an estimated budget of around $45 million.
No cast, screenwriters or directors have been roped in yet.
Pure Flix co-founder and CEO Michael Ellis, has been at the rescue site over the past few days collecting testimonies. “This isn’t just about a movie, it’s about honouring everybody involved, including the soldier who died.”
