Suzanne Radford

Suzanne Radford

Not everyone admits to making a living out of murder but we can now reveal that Dubai Eye’s eloquent Dubai Today presenter has a chequered past. The founder of UK Company Cut Throat Theatre, Suzanne specialised in throwing murder mystery events for bloodthirsty diners… victims have included supermodel Elle Macpherson and Crown Prince’s of Europe.

But that’s just one of Suzanne’s previous achievements, she holds a Masters degree in Media Production (specialising in radio) from the University of Central England where she gained valuable experience on radio shows like Woman’s Hour and one of her high points was spending a day working with actor Sir Derek Jacobi.

Suzanne also has a breadth of comedy knowledge having worked on the Perrier Comedy Awards at the Edinburgh Festival and in London’s West End working with emerging comedy talent. Suzanne has written, directed and produced comedy and children’s theatre shows in the UAE and delivered drama-based learning programmes and team building for young people and corporate clients.

When Suzanne is not working you can find her outdoors enjoying the beach or out in the desert  with her dogs or spending time with friends, enjoying the city’s restaurants and events.

Linda Behringer

Dubai Today’s producer Linda Behringer has been working with Dubai Eye for over 4 years now.

Linda’s job is to research, edit audio, create radio features, book guests, feed social media channels, blog on the website, and film videos. Yes, Linda is our social media and video expert! So when you see Suzanne on a food truck, at an outside broadcast, at the Royal Canin headquarters or in the studio, Linda’s on the other side of the lens.

Linda calls Germany home. Before moving to Dubai in 2010, she worked at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as CNBC Europe’s market reporter, reporting on financial news live from the trading floor. She also did web based stock market reporting for the German news agency dpa-AFX. Linda studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim in Germany, where she obtained her Masters degree in International Business and Economics in 2004. In 2006, she got her degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Berlin Journalism School.

When she’s not in the Dubai Eye office, Linda works as radio correspondent for the German Press Agency dpa and she writes a monthly commodity/economics report for a German hedge fund. Plus she’s a mom of a cute little girl!
