    Former South Africa Rugby Captain Joost van der Westhuizen  died this week aged 45 following  a six year battle with motor neuron disease.

    Joost Van der Westhuizen won the World Cup with the Springboks in 1995, winning 89 international caps between 1993 and 2003, and scoring 38 tries.
