From flips to dips, rents through the roof and funding though the floor, the real estate market in the UAE has certainly experienced its shares of highs and lows in recent years. For renters, buyers and landlords alike, the property perspective is guaranteed to generate seriously heated debate. But how is the real estate market faring in 2012? Does news of recent developments selling out within 24 hours suggest a return to the heady days of 2008? Do tenants need to be concerned about a return to rising rents? Just who do we believe – and more importantly trust – with so many market statistics contradicting each other, often on a monthly basis?

We want to get a true picture of how things stand, which is why we’re inviting industry leaders from across the sector to take part in a stimulating, balanced debate made up of the developers, the regulators, independent observers and the legal eagles who handle the fundamental foundations of property portfolios.

Watch the live debate here!

The debate will be broadcast live as part of the ‘Tonight with Richard Dean and Tim Elliott’ show on Tuesday 26th June from 17.00 – 19.00 at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai international Financial Centre.
