The Grill live at Barasti brings you the best in sport every Saturday. Today was no different. We had a heap of live guests and some pretty big names on the phone too.

With less than two weeks until F1 rocks up in town Eddie Jordan spoke to Tom Bushell about the incredible season of 2012 plus what lies ahead in the years to come. Jordan also spoke about his love of Abu Dhabi and it's now "Classic" status.

Formula One isn't the only sporting occasion on the horizon. November is shaping up to be a busy month. Just a couple of weeks after the F1 it's time to watch the top 60 golfers from the European Tour battle it out in the DP World Tour Championship. Neal Graham, Director of Golf at JGE, spoke to The Grill and Ben Jacobs.

Padle Tennis is now one of the world's fastest growing played sports. But Paddle Boarding is also growing in popularity, especially here in Dubai. You may well see many Paddlers on the water each day, but there is nothing quite like "Battle of the Paddle". Today saw the third instalment take place and we spoke to the guys involved in getting it up & running.

The Mubadala Tennis World Championship Abu Dhabi line up was announced recently. The likes of Andy Murray, Rafa Nadal & Novak Djokovic will all be playing. World number six Thomas Berdych will also appear and on a recent trip to Abu Dhabi he spoke to Tom Bushell about Abu Dhabi, Murray's rise to the top and his thoughts on his own career.

It's been a busy time for cricket what with the T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka and now the T20 Champions League taking place in South Africa. David East, will begin his new role as CEO of the Emirates Cricket Board in January and during a visit to Dubai he spoke to Brian Murgertroyd on The Grill.

Gulf Bike Week has been staged this weekend at Festival City. One of the highlights of the event was the Masters of Dirt motor cross stuntmen. They popped down to Barasti at the end of their performances to chat to Ben Jacobs.
