STARBUCKS GEARS UP FOR INDIAN INNINGS

Starbucks is set to open it's first outlet in India by the end of October in south Mumbai.

The coffee giant has joined hands with TATA beverages for a joint venture called Tata Starbucks.

The Mumbai store will mark the first of many planned by the company in India.

Cafe Coffee Day is the current market leader in the country, followed by Barista and Costa Coffee.

Emirates Airline is the world's best
Emirates has been awarded the highly coveted 'World's Best Airline' award. Company officials were presented the prize by Skytrax at the Paris Airshow.
Al Sufouh Tram project on track to completion
The Al Sufouh Tram project is on track to open in November next year. The RTA says 62% of the construction work has been completed.
UAE and Australia sign agreement to combat human trafficking
