RISING HOLLYWOOD STAR SPEAKS OF ARAB FILM INDUSTRY’S GROWING INFLUENCE

Rising Hollywood actor Nate Parker says he’s keen to bridge the gap between the Arab and Western world through movies.

The 32-year-old stars alongside Richard Gere in the film 'Arbitrage’, which opened the Abu Dhabi Film Festival.

The Wall Street crime drama is also co-produced by a Saudi businessman.

Speaking to ARN on the sidelines of the event, Nate Parker stressed the growing clout of the region’s film industry:
