RERA TO REVISE LICENSING RULES FOR PROPERTY MARKET 

Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency is to revise its licencing rules for the property sector.

That’s according to the Gulf News.

The news comes in the wake of a major rental scam in the emirate.

A top RERA official has told the paper that the department will get even stricter with licensing measures, increasing the security deposit needed from property management and leasing companies.
