RAK AIRWAYS LAUNCHES DOMESTIC FLIGHTS

In a further boost to the UAE’s aviation industry, RAK Airways is today launching its first internal flight from Ras al Khaimah to Abu Dhabi.

The domestic route is also part of a code share agreement for international passengers with national carrier Etihad Airways.

It’s hoped the development of a domestic flight network will expand tourism across the country and also improve the ease of doing business.

Rotana Jet launched its first internal flights two weeks ago, with its network linking Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah and the northern Emirates.
