QATAR TO SET UP A NEW COMPANIES RATINGS AGENCY

Qatar is to set up its own ratings agency to assess companies in the country who are issuing debt.

The agency will be a joint venture between the Qatar Central Bank and sovereign investment firm Qatar Holding.
