NEARLY 4000 FAKE GOODS SEIZED BY AUTHORITIES

Dubai authorities have arrested 177 street vendors, 104 illegal butchers and fish cleaners, 40 beggars and 16 car washers in the last month.

They also seized nearly 4,000 counterfeit products, including clothing, DVD and films, food and alcohol.

Those arrested will be handed over to the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department for deportation.
