Mubadala World Tennis Championship Abu Dhabi

Date: December 27th - December 29th 2012

The fifth Mubadala World Tennis Championship Abu Dhabi will see six of the world's top nine players in action. Andy Murray will be hoping to begin the new season and build up to the Australian Open in the form he has shown over the summer which saw him grab an Olympic gold medal and his first Grand Slam at the US Open.

Rafa Nadal will be making his comeback after a battle with injury this summer. The Spaniard has not played since going out of Wimbledon during the second round in June.

This year's event will see all three former champions compete.

Thomas Berdych

Thomas Berdych is back at No. six in the world having previously reaching that point in 2010. He reached the final of Wimbledon in that year having knocked out Roger Federer in the QF's. Berdych is one of six players set to play Abu Dhabi in December and spoke to Tom Bushell whilst in the UAE capital to teach the kids.
