MISBAH-UL-HAQ DROPPED FROM WORLD TWENTY20

Pakistan has dropped test and one-day captain Misbah-ul-Haq from its provisional squad for the Twenty20 World Cup.

Wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal made the cut, while all-rounder Abdul Razzaq and batsman Imran Nazir have also been included.

The World Twenty20 starts in September. Pakistan’s drawn in group D, alongside New Zealand and Bangladesh.
