MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA IS TO REOPEN MANESAR PLANT TODAY

Maruti Suzuki India is to reopen its Manesar plant today after it was locked out for a month.

The facility will resume operations with less than a tenth of its total workforce of 3,300.

On July 18th, the company had declared an indefinite lockout at the plant following the worst-ever violence in its history that left one senior official dead and nearly 100 others injured.
