KINGDOM HOLDING SELLS MANILA HOTELS

Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Holding has sold its interest in two hotels in the Philipines.

Prince Alwaleed bin Talal’s investment company sold its share in the Fairmont and the Raffles Suites and Residences in Manila for just over 58 million dollars, according to Arabian Business.

Kingdom Holdings will still be a stakeholder in further stages of the real estate project.
