INITIAL TALKS ON GREEK COALITION FAIL
Initial talks on forming a coalition government in Greece have failed.
The conservative leader Antonis Samaras says he's had to hand the mandate back to the country's president.
The Left Coalition, which took second place in Sunday’s election, will now be given the opportunity to form an administration.
If they can't - it raises the possibility of a second election being called.
