GULF AIR GETS BOOST FROM BAHRAIN GOVERNMENT

Bahrain’s government has agreed in principle to boost Gulf Air with extra funds.

The money will allow the carrier to pay of its debts.

According to the Bahrain News Agency, officials agreed to continue to help Gulf Air because of its importance to the Kingdom’s tourism and general economy.

However, the airline will have to provide details of spending plans before the money is released.
