EUROZONE RECORDS UNEMPLOYMENT HIGH

Eurozone unemployment has hit a record high.

The jobless rate among the countries that use the single currency has risen to 10 point 9 per cent again in March.

That’s the highest level since the Euro was set up in 1999.

Almost 17 and a half million people are looking for work in the region.
