Every clinic, both public and private, will be surveyed over the coming months, to identify gaps in the market where services may need a boost.
 
Key points in the study will reportedly include the average stay of in-patients and bed-space capacity.
 
Speaking to Dubai Eye's Business Breakfast, David Hadley – CEO of healthcare firm EHL Management Services – welcomed the move:
