CENTRE TO BE SET UP TO RESOLVE PROPERTY DISPUTES

Dubai is set to get a dedicated real estate arbitration centre to resolve property disputes.

A draft law to establish the centre has been sent to the Executive Committee for approval.

Dubai Land Department executives say the new body, which will use internationally recognised real estate arbitrators, will save those involved in disputes the time, effort and cost of going through the courts.
