ABU HAMZA APPEARS IN US COURT
Abu Hamza has appeared in court in New York and been denied his hook hand.
He's facing 11 terrorism charges - including conspiracy to set up a training camp and hostage taking.
The Muslim cleric was extradited to the States - along with 4 other men - after the High Court ruled they had no further grounds of appeal.
Abu Hamza's lawyers had argued his health was deteriorating and needed an MRI scan to determine whether he was fit to plead.
Two of the other suspects - accused of extremist activities online - had wanted to be prosecuted in the UK, not the US.
The other two are accused of supporting Osama Bin Laden's bomb attacks on US embassies in Africa in 1998.
State department spokesman Mark Toner, said the decision illustrated the strength of the UK's relationship with the US.
