At 11am on Dubai Today Suzanne Radford introduces us to a session from the 9th Annual Emirates Airline Festival of Literature titled Embracing Happiness: Why Wellbeing Matters.
On the panel is Sir Anthony Seldon, a renowned British headmaster, historian and author of many books including ‘Beyond Happiness: The Trap of Happiness and How to Find Deeper Meaning and Joy’. Back in 2006, Sir Anthony introduced happiness classes in school while headmaster at Wellington College. Joining him is Dr Abdulla Karam, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in the U.A.E. an organisation that under his directorship has put happiness at the heart of policy.
