Indian train tragedy probe holds authorities responsible

Two months after 61 people were mowed down by a speeding train in the Indian city of Amritsar, a probe has found that the event was organised illegally.

The incident was the country’s worst rail disaster this year.

The victims were standing on railway tracks watching celebrations for Dussehra, when tragedy struck.
