Second suspect in Paris attack surrenders
A second suspect in the Paris attack has handed himself in to the police in Belgium.

IS has claimed responsibility after a police officer was shot dead and three other people hurt at the Champs-Elysees shootout on Thursday night.

The gunman, who was shot dead in the attack, has been identified as a French national known to the security agents.

French President François Hollande is expected to chair a security cabinet meeting, as the country has been put on high alert just days before the presidential election.
