HLS (Healthy Little Secrets) Café
When it comes to tempting menus, this health-food café and store in Business Bay has hit the nail on the head. Gluten-free ‘Chunky Avocado’ buns with smoked salmon, balsamic-glazed pulled beef, and poached eggs – how does that sound? What about ‘Raw Carrot Cake’, ‘Raw Cashew Nut Butter Toast’, or ‘Raw Cinnamon Creamy Pot’? We thought so. If you’re feeling adventurous, try the ‘Creamy Kasha’, which pairs traditional Russian toasted buckwheat with organic coconut milk, chunks of banana, dates, walnuts, and organic Ceylon cinnamon to result in a mousse-like dish that tastes something like cinnamon French toast.
