Suzanne Radford is at Pop Brixton with Chef Paul, the creator and founder of Donostia Social Club – a street food van serving tapas.
Chef Paul worked for many years in the catering industry in Spain, specifically throughout the Basque country, where he developed a passion for the pin – cho – tapas that are typical to the Basque region.
Basque cuisine is a fusion of Spanish food, from Northern Spain, and French cuisine. The Basque region has become a regular destination for European food-lovers.
And the final product, seared scallops, Spanish ratatouille, green chilli sauce with toasted almonds……
Eat The World DXB is taking place in Dubai next weekend between the 23rd and 25th of February, at Burj Park, where you will be able to taste food from all of the street food hawkers and trucks you have heard Suzanne meet and interview.
