DED records over 1,500 new trade licenses in April
Dubai remains a top destination for investment across a wide variety of business sectors.
That’s according to the Department of Economic Development’s ‘Business Map’, which registered 1,848 new licenses during April.
The digital platform registered 26,498 transactions during the same month, with 12,670 accounting for renewals.
Of the new licenses issued, 58.6 per cent were for commercial activities, 38.9 per cent professional, 1.5 per cent were tourism related and 1 per cent accounted for the industrial area.
