China to relaunch one of world’s fastest bullet trains
China is set to relaunch one of the world’s fastest bullet trains in September, shortening the travel time between Beijing and Shanghai by an hour.
It’s reported that the train – called “Fuxing” – will operate with an average speed of 350 km/hr and a maximum speed of 400 km/hr.
The train will run about 50km/hr faster than the previous versions.
Seven pairs of trains will make 14 return trips a day covering a distance of 1,318 km.
