Airbnb revenues up 421% in Dubai
Airbnb, the short-term rental service app, has recorded a staggering growth in Dubai since its launch in 2015.
A report by Chestertons MENA showed that it recorded a 421 percent rise in revenues.
It highlighted the growth in popularity of the online platform, which allows homeowners to rent out rooms or entire properties to holidaymakers, has generated over US$3.3 million.
It revealed that listings nearly tripled to 3,249, following the relaxation of rules in the Emirate.
