After Philippines, Super typhoon slams into China
A super typhoon made landfall in China’s Guangdong on Sunday, after wreaking havoc in Hong Kong, Macau and Philippines.
Packing gale force winds of more than 200 kmph, tropical storm Mangkhut is considered the strongest to hit the region this year.
It has disrupted air travel to Hong Kong with more than 100,000 passengers impacted due to flight cancellations.
Philippine authorities said at least 13 people have been missing and 29 more killed in landslides.
