Adaptability the key as people live and work longer
Professionals need to become more malleable if they’re to adapt to the longer lives and careers that people are expected to have.
That’s according to Andrew Scott, Professor of Economics at London Business School and author of The Hundred Year Life, who spoke to ARN News.
A recent survey by Bayt.com found that four-in-five professionals across the region have considered changing careers.
However, Scott says that many businesses need to change their recruitment culture.
